A service dedicated to the renovation of occupied sites.

PRE-WORK VISIT

Each renovation project on an occupied site (RSO) starts with a visit of the premises. Preliminary site inspections can simultaneously define the conditions of the premises as well as clarifying the scope of work to be carried out via a work sheet (for example : replacing tiles in wet rooms).

Once the work sheets are established for each premises, a scope of work is established. These tasks are classified by type and by trade.
During the work you can tour the site and report which have been carried out and note this in FINALCAD. This allows the progress of work to be measured.

DEFECT MANAGEMENT, HANDOVER, completion

Defect management relates to the detection of defects, or ‘snags’ throughout the secondary works phase. The user can consult different types of plans, beyond those provided by the architect, such as HVAC, electrical or plumbing layouts.
During the handover phase, users note the defects and attribute them to corresponding stakeholders. The input of different actors (architect, client) can be added to this phase.
