Singapore, October 17, 2016 - FINALCAD, the company who has digitally transformed the construction industry in France, Singapore and in 30 other countries, announces its participation in BuildTech Asia 2016 for the second year, as well as BCA’s PIP grants eligibility for Finalcad customers.

Organised by Sphere Exhibits and hosted by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA), the 6th edition of BuildTech Asia is the region’s leading trade show for the building and construction industry that addresses the challenges of building and construction industries. This three day trade event provides a platform for 10,000 business professionals to showcase, network and learn from authorities and representatives of public and private institutions. BuildTech Asia 2016 is held concurrently with Build Smart Conference, Skilled Builders Project, Productivity Race and Productivity workshop and is part of the Singapore Construction Productivity Week (SCPW). BuildTech Asia 2016 will be held from October 18 to 20, 2016 in Singapore EXPO.

Finalcad will exhibit at BuildTech Asia 2016 in Singapore Expo Hall 3, Booth K09/K10 as well as IDMA Booth. Besides unveiling the latest technology for BIM in construction this year, visitors will be able to find out what are the future trends and strategies that construction companies have deployed to ensure successful continuity during this digital transformation phase. More importantly, how these construction companies have achieved significant business transformation by speeding up performance and reducing operating costs.

“We are excited to be back in BuildTech Asia 2016 again. This will be the second year running for Finalcad to exhibit in the biggest conference for building and construction industry in Singapore. We have grown much since last year’s participation. With the introduction of BCA’s Productivity Innovation Project (PIP) grants earlier in the year, having the support of local government proves not only the reliability of our offerings, but the financial soundness of the company. This is an extra incentive for construction companies who take the leap in the digital transformation journey with Finalcad” said Pierre Vauthrin, Finalcad Managing Director, Asia Pacific.

“While having the opportunity to network with public and private representatives of the construction sector is important, what differentiates us from others is the takeaways that visitors will bring at end of the day. We believe that it is absolutely pivotal to enhance our target audience’s knowledge through consistent education and introducing new technology, in order to meet their latent needs.” said Joffroy Louchart, Finalcad co-founder and Head of Business Development.

Finalcad recently raised $20 million in Series B investment which will fuel international business growth, expansion into new sectors and advanced research and development.
