The State of Geneva and Finalcad federate jobsite stakeholders on the University Medical Centre. As the owner of the University Medical Centre, the State of Geneva chose Finalcad for the defect management of its jobsite. The University Medical Centre is a 340M CHF and 50,000 sqm project, highly technical due to its infrastructure and advanced equipments. The State of Geneva was able to federate jobsite stakholders such as Minerg-Appelsa, in charge of the entire HVAC of the building.
