Bouygues Bâtiment Île-de-France Habitat Social is leader in the Ile-de-France of social housing for 60 years. Each year, the company delivers approximately 3,500 housing every year, and it is constantly seeking to improve its construction processes to meet the increasing demand for public housing.

In 2011, the operational unit Habitat Social of Bouygues Bâtiment Île-de-France was implementing its quality control using paper, which was a very limiting and time-consuming process for those involved. It chose FINALCAD as a solution to this problem. This has been a huge success, and the benefits have been widespread. Bouygues Bâtiment Île-de-France Habitat Social started using FINALCAD to create checklists during the pre-delivery and delivery stages. This first step was a success and it led to achieving the quality standard in all stages of the construction cycle.
