Paris, April 6th 2016 - Sharing a common vision, Finalcad, a global player in mobile apps and digital processes for the construction industry, and OGER INTERNATIONAL, a leader in construction engineering, join forces in a strategic partnership to transform construction industry processes.

OGER INTERNATIONAL selected Finalcad after a full-length selection process. Strong anticipation capabilities of Finalcad through defect management, predictive analytics and BIM were key decision drivers. Finalcad and OGER  INTERNATIONAL are sharing a common “zero defect” vision inspired from the manufacturing industry and applied to the construction industry. Having digitized the defect management process, Finalcad has now digitized quality controls allowing its clients to identify and fix issues from the source. Moreover, Finalcad ’s predictive analytics allow issues to be anticipated before they even strike.

With more than one million sqm modeled with BIM, OGER INTERNATIONAL is a global leader in BIM. OGER INTERNATIONAL positioned itself very early on BIM, in part because of its presence in countries holding BIM mandates; the company offers BIM solutions and methodologies among the most innovative in the world, such as: the BIM master blueprint methodology and Virtual Witness®. OGER INTERNATIONAL has been involved with BIM on iconic projects : Abu Dhabi’s Louvre, Monaco’s Odeon Tower, IKEA shopping malls… OGER INTERNATIONAL naturally turned to Finalcad when looking for the most efficient solution for bringing BIM on the field. The combination of OGER INTERNATIONAL and FINALCAD will allow their respective clients to benefit from the best performance for BIM during the design phase and construction phase respectively.

Jean-Charles Bangratz, Innovation and Digital Director at OGER INTERNATIONAL, said: “We are thrilled of having Finalcad as a Partner; we know the great capabilities of their tools, in particular how they can bring BIM on construction sites. This partnership is a key opportunity to provide our clients with even more relevant technologies.”

Joffroy Louchart, co-founder and VP Business Development said: “The partnership with OGER INTERNATIONAL, a globally respected player in the field of BIM, is a tremendous opportunity for Finalcad . This association will let us bring our know-how to large construction projects and expand our international development, already significant in Asia, to Middle East, with the same objective: change the way we build.”

Finalcad and OGER INTERNATIONAL will be exhibiting on booths #123 and #102 respectively, at BIM World on 6 & 7 April, 2016 in Paris.
